Return Policy

• Items can be returned within 30 calendar days from the date of purchase.

• The item must be undamaged, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

• When returning an item, the buyer must include the original purchase receipt or order number.

• A refund for the returned item will be transferred to the specified bank account within 14 business days from the date of return unless the item was purchased using a gift voucher.

• If the item was purchased using a gift voucher, the buyer will receive a gift voucher of the same value, and any amount exceeding the gift voucher value will be refunded.

• The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Defective Items

• If an item is found to be defective, it can be returned within two years from the date of purchase.

• In the case of a defective item return or exchange, we will cover all related shipping costs.

Please note that some items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their personal nature. This includes any custom-made or personalized products.
