What are the shipping methods and deadlines?
We send works by parcel machine, courier, and bus shipments.
If we have the piece already made, we will ship it within 1-3 days.
There is also the possibility to pick up the works at the studio. Please contact us in advance by phone: + 370 656 64 308
How long does it take you to produce your pieces?
The production of the works takes from 5 to 7 days, depending on the complexity of the work.
I always try to maintain a stock of pieces, but due to the individual production process, this is not always possible.
I often ship orders earlier than stated, and the deadline is provided to avoid any problems.

Can you make a custom piece?
YES!
We accept individual orders. Contact us in a way convenient for you and we will discuss the details.
Are the pieces handmade?
YES!
All ceramic pieces are original works, so each one is unique and made with love!
How can I track my order?
After shipping, we will send you a tracking number that you can use to track delivery information.
What should I do if I received the item damaged?
I will without a doubt replace any pieces that arrive at your home broken or unusable.
Simply contact us by sending an email to info@ausrosmenai.lt, attaching a photo of the broken product in its original packaging.
Do you offer international delivery?
We do not currently offer international orders and delivery services.
Are the trays safe for contact with food?
YES!
The creations are covered with a special food-friendly glaze. The trays are dishwasher safe.
How to care for ceramic products?
The pieces are water-resistant, so they can be washed with water. They can also be cleaned with a damp cloth.
