We are committed to providing you with the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the terms and conditions set out below.

Return Policy

• The product can be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of purchase. The product must be undamaged, its commercial appearance and packaging must be unchanged.
• When returning the product, the buyer must attach the original purchase receipt or order number.
• The money for the returned product will be transferred to the specified bank account within 14 business days from the date of return of the product, unless the product was purchased using a gift voucher. If the product was purchased using a gift voucher, the buyer will be issued a gift voucher of the same value and the amount that exceeded the value of the gift voucher will be refunded.
• When returning the product, the buyer pays for shipping costs.

Defective Products

• If the product turns out to be defective, it can be returned within two years from the date of purchase.
• In the event of a defective item being exchanged or returned, all related shipping costs will be covered by us.

Please note that some items, due to their personal nature, cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes any custom-made or customised items.
